We're Taylor and Ali, the proud owners and operators of Venturestays.
Our journey began in our home state of New Hampshire. After competing with the dozens of over-asking offers on multi-family investment properties that were all the rage in 2021 and 2022, a charming single-family home in our favorite playground, the White Mountains, caught our eye. Although hesitant to go all-in at the start, we quickly saw the benefits of diving headfirst into the deep end and turned that home into a "top 1% property" in the first year. Needless to say, we fell in love with the industry along the way.
We now take pride in our unwavering dedication to creating lasting vacation memories and to helping others achieve their financial goals through investing in short-term rental properties. Although we're constantly evolving, we've stayed true to our integrity and relentless focus on understanding the needs and desires of our guests and our clients. We are committed to ensuring every guest is comfortable and satisfied with their stay, and we work around the clock to create a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients.

As a fellow co-host, coach, and real estate investor, he has worked with both new and seasoned hosts across the country to provide them with the resources and guidance they need to succeed. He has a 4.95 star rating averaged across roughly 3,000 Airbnb reviews and is a co-author in the Hospitable Hosts book series.
